The One Where I Almost Fell Off the Couch

I need to make a correction from yesterday's entry........my GM did not have her son dressed in head to toe Prada, it was actually Burberry.  Just wanted to make sure I put that out there.  Also, I was way too tired tonight to make my Hamburger Helper....I was in full lazy git mode.  So since Murry made chuck roast last night I didnt starve.  Good for me.  Now, the real reason I'm here, to talk about my show.  Shall we?

OMG, Ed Bernero more than made up for a disappointing premiere with tonight's installment of Criminal Minds.  I hardly know where to start.  Hmm..............

--Angry, crazy Hotch is better than weepy Hotch.  I dont want him to be all sad and listless.  I want him to be badass and handle shit, cuz that's what rocks.

--I also want his team to have his back.  I hope people dont start hating on Morgan because he was voicing concern.  He was doing it because he loves Hotch and he is worried about him and just wants him to be alright.  He is their fearless leader after all.

--Buckets of subtext too heavy for me to carry.  Ed, I love you boy, I love you like woah.  Not that I dont want more more more but seriously, you gave me enough to tide me over for at least two weeks, if not more.  I love the end, when she tells him he doesnt have to be alone.  Even Murry screamed subtext at that one.  Hell, that was more than subtext, that was a flat out I am here for you.

--ROSSI!!!!!!!!!  Why?  Because I can.  Because he is the man.

--Woobie Garcia.  Hotch yelling at her was just, well we know where his mind is right now  but she was still on it, still rocking it like she always does and saving the day for her profilers.  And she bought Hotch cookies that she wouldnt share with Reid.....how adorable.

--Did JJ steal Emily's bangs?  She got a new haircut and I like Emily without them but I still think she could do with shorter hair.  Its not a big deal on the grand scale of things.

--OMG, what a story.  Sympathetic unsubs usually drive me batty but you just felt for this guy, totally.  To have little to no memory of early life and then to go off the meds to figure things out and walk right into that nightmare.  He was sad and you were rooting for him and even though you cringed at the people he hurt, you wanted him to get his closure too.

--Did anyone else think Hotch shot that dude?  I was totally like "OMG, Hotch shot that guy".  Too convenient that the son did it but not altogether implausible.

--I have a friend who lives in Louisville.  Too bad she doesnt watch the show or I would ask how bad they messed up her town tonight.  I never seemed to notice her accent, she doesnt talk like me but she doesnt have much Southern in her either.  

--Next week, we get Rossi backstory............very interesting.  I am anxious to see it.  I am anxious to see if Ed gives me mroe subtext.  I am so damnglad my show is back.  WOO-HOO!!!!!!!!!!!!
