Murry had her window open and I was shivering like a mofo. But I didnt want to miss anything so I didnt get up to close the window. If I end up in the hospital with pneumonia can I send the bill to Ed Bernero?

I FUCKIN LOVED THIS EPISODE!!!!!!!!!! Can I just start there? Thank you Ed for not disappointing me hardcore, which you have been known to do on occasion and which I usually forgive you for.

To start, I'm always fond of the female Unsubs, whose motives typically are not libidinous. The Fox was still as swarmy as ever, and he is the second dude to say to Emily "What I would do to you.....". I can totally see why he gave her the willies. Ick.

I just really loved this episode. I find myself hardly able to put it into words. I love Morgan settling into Unit Chief, I think he's doing a good job and where the hell was everyone when that chick jumped him?

I want to know what you guys thought.......I am struggling for words here, it was a lot to take in. Did you love it, hate it, what?

Next week........OK, if Jack and Haley are in hiding, where did she find time to hit a hair salon? Second, did he kill all the federal agents to get to them. I'm sorry I'm just completely unimpressed with this guy. If they kill Hotch's whole family, it will suck. If they get Hotch and Haley back together it will suck. If Hotch leaves it will suck. I want the storyline over, its already old for me. It's seemed totally forced and completely dramatic in a crappy TV show kinda way. I want action and suspense and even though the preview was stellar and had me sitting on the edge of my chair it could turn out to be a total wash like the season premiere was for me. Whatever happens, I dont really care, as long as Hotch doesnt leave. That's my biggest fear. I will continue to watch the show, I love the show, and would like to see it go on no matter what actor chooses to walk away but I am a big fan of Hotch and it is hard to imagine the team without his guidance. Also, him leaving because the people he loves have been slaughtered.....kinda been there done that with Gideon and I dont really want to see it again, OK thanks.

But I am totally off the subject, this thread is about Outfoxed, which was awesome and there was subtext "how can you not be distracted by someone this beautiful?" a paraphrase but the Hotch in my head was smirking like crazy. And I have three different fic ideas for two different pairings. Damn, beat that.


OK, that's what I got. What do you guys have to say? Agree? Disagree? Just want to come in to squee or complain or whatever. Another Wednesday night, another satisfied customer.

I have started to watch the newest eps on my computer (thanks a lot, nice new large and wide screen *g*) in a fully darkened room - what can I say, this one creeped me out like hell again.

I liked the sort of separated storylines with the team on one and Hotch & Emily (excuse me for a moment when I go outside to squee *ahem*) on the other side. For me, it sort of became clear that Foyet must be behind this when Emily realised their unsub was a woman (no difficult guess, as we're waiting for this Foyet stuff to get resolved).

The ep had some great Hotch moments - his cold, "silent" voice, his determination, the strength behind it and his reaction in the end - you could literally see it boil beneath the surface, all anger and fear hardly contained.

The background of the "homicide chick" (thanks Garcia) actually made me shudder for a moment - when Reid pointed out that the unsub must have seen / done the mass grave thing before, and Morgan commented on how this could not have been in the States within the lifetime of the unsub, I was just like, well not in the States but in good ol' Europe... Not that I was ever affected by it directly, but sometimes it works wonders to realise that war isn't something past and distant, but something which may happen too close to home for comfort.

Other than you I am still intrigued by the Foyet storyline, but I fear that it will end by putting Hotch off the show... No normal person can stand so much stress and pain and torture without ending up being really damaged. And I don't want anything broken about Hotch (there's already too much!), I don't think I could and would watch the show any more without him. Maybe I still would, but, well. I don't want to think about that.

As I didn't see the preview for the next ep I wasn't aware Foyet actually seems to have gotten his hands on Haley, but that's no surprise. Just hope it turns all out sort of okay - I like suspense but I need happy ends!

The entire Hotch & Emily interaction during the interview... that screams fic out loud! At least in my head - let's hope I'll be able to get anything on paper once again, it has been too long since I last wrote fic! I especially love like in the beginning Hotch would have been the one to cuddle Emily to comfort her and then bang! from one moment to the other everything turns 180 degrees around.

And last but not least - Morgan - or rather Shemar, that is - just looks drop dead gorgeous in this attire. Hell, that man is worth like a million of sins!

I might start to sound like a broken record but while I am totally impressed, minus the premiere, with the writing of cases this season (even if less and less time is being spent on the pathology of the Unsub), all this Hotch/Reaper personal stuff is just tired. At this point I'm kinda like "to hell with it, Hotch can just go so it can stop being so "OMG *wibbles* what's going to happen to poor Hotch" storyline. Now really, I dont want that to happen, but I'm tired of waiting....the whole thing has been dragged out too long and takes away from what could be compelling storylines about other things.

All this just to have Hotch maybe walk away to me seems like a kick in the teeth to the fans. For all that Foyet could have killed him on the floor in the crappy season premiere.

I'm having a real love/hate relationship with aspects of my show this season.

Having said that, I am totally loving Emily and Morgan and JJ and Garcia. I still feel the same about Reid and have lost a little love for Rossi that I'm not sure if or when I'm gonna get back.

As for fic, I find too often this season makes me want to write angsty, wibbly stuff and that is not my cup of tea. As much as I loved the Hotch/Prentiss subtext in this episode, it really made me want to write Gideon/Prentiss AU fic as this is an Unsub Gideon has dealt with in the past. Plus I love writing Hotch and Prentiss friendship....the man could use a friend right now.
